When a part doesn’t fit, it can cause extensive delays, extra costs and a great deal of angst. Suppliers of aftermarket parts, whether they are direct copies, modifications or upgrades, will always claim their part is as good or superior to the original. Without testing, the only way you have to find out is to install the part and do a trial. This puts your plant and equipment at risk. 

By using Monisure as an independent, third party inspection service, you will know, well before the part is installed, that it is dimensionally accurate, has the correct physical properties and is made from the right material. We will scan and probe irregular shapes and physically measure any liner dimensions. We will then put together a 3D model of the part and the original to highlight any differences. Material properties such as hardness and tensile strength will be tested and compared to the original and any applicable standards.  

Monisure’s engineers will put together all the data in a concise report. This can be shared with all the stakeholders so everyone can confidently make an informed decision on the part’s suitability.
