Reverse Engineering.

In many cases, buying a new part from the original supplier is not the right choice. Manufacturers go out of business or stop making parts as they age. In other cases, the original supplier charges extremely high prices or the lead time is too long. Monisure can reverse engineer parts from almost any condition. In many cases, the part can be engineered from the mating parts around it. Even broken or worn out parts can be used as the basis for a well engineered design.  

Mass produced parts are always a compromise between cost and performance. When we are designing your part, we’ll point out any design improvements so you can have the best part possible, not just the cheapest.  

Once designed, you may wish to purchase the design or Monisure can supply the part as well. Monisure has a supply chain that includes foundries, rubber and polyurethane moulding, machine shops, injection moulding suppliers and fabricators. Monisure can find the right supplier for your part at the right price.
